One of the things I love about working at The Davis Academy is that the positive impact our students make in the broader community is felt year round. Below is a lovely note from our local Community Assistance Center thanking our 3rd grade students for their annual tzedakah contribution. Even more important than the monetary donation, collected by the students over the course of the year, are the regular visits to the center that give our students a chance to "get their hands dirty" while developing an appreciation for the important work that this organization does providing assistance to many of our neighbors and people in the Sandy Springs community.
