A Prayer for Shabbat

The following prayer was written by Matan G., a Davis Academy 4th grader, in preparation for the 4th grade family Shabbat.

The Prayer of My Heart

Creator of life, of the world, come with us and have Shabbat with us. 

Sit at our table. 

We want to thank you for the thing you created, 

The lives you saved, 

For this wonderful world.
